New Jersey reaches tuition deal for undocumented immigrants 

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie said on Thursday he would sign a bill passed by the state legislature that would allow undocumented immigrant students living in the state to pay lower in-state college tuition.
The move would make New Jersey the 16th U.S. state to allow students without legal immigration status to pay in-state rates, and comes after lengthy political wrangling between the Republican governor and Democrats in the state legislature.
